How do I dispute a low rating?

The best way to recover from a bad rating is to make sure your subsequent calls earn you 5-stars!


However, if you feel a low rating was given in error or is otherwise inaccurate you can request moderation! 


• Experts request moderation from within the
app - you can find this feature on the call summary page (see image below) 

• The Request Moderation feature is only available when the
call is rated 1-3 stars & the rating is not already auto-suppressed.

• The reason for request is mandatory. 

• Expert's can only request moderation once (per
Call ID) - After submitting the request the status will say:
‘Moderation Request Sent’.
