The final recorded time of a call you take from 6ya will slightly differ between your call history and your phone's call log. Note that your cell phone starts its timer immediately once you accept a call. This includes the time spent with our automated system prior to being connected with the customer. Our system will start its timer once you can engage with the customer on the line.
