When a Call Drops, Call Back!

We understand that this is a frustrating situation but the best thing you can do is be patient.  

 

How you solve an issue is just as important as providing a solution, so take responsibility for the customer’s care and lean on the skill of patience.

It can sometimes seem like playing Russian Roulette every time you take a call, so having the adaptability and patience to weather any initial customer reaction or technical issue is very important. 

How to Cope: Breathe. Realize that a customer’s initial feelings have nothing to do with you. And take the perspective that you have the chance to turn their day — and their problem — into something positive and rewarding for you both!
