(*we’ve seen many 1 star ratings from customers who feel their tech was too nervous/scattered to help them)
- By presenting yourself with confidence over the phone the customer knows they have reached the correct person to handle their situation. This doesn’t mean speak over the customer, but it means present your solutions strategically and with enough context for the customer to be able to take action on them.
- Always be Honest - clarify any customer confusion and sell what 6ya is to our customers - reassure them that they are in good hands.
- Explain your technical expertise and background!
